She soon discovered this life was anything but ordinary, and that powerful entities were trying to get through to her.
In life, there are moments that change us. She would soon encounter forces beyond her explanation. The spiritual world always intrigued her, but she was so adamant that this was all there was, she ignored the signs throughout life. Hell, she actively avoided anything spiritual of any form. That is, until her new partner came into her life. Seeing her partner explore their own spirituality, and finding their way, opened her mind and body up to the spiritual world. She attended events, gatherings, and for the first time in her life, allowed herself to be read by not one, but two guides that delivered the universe’s messages loud and clear.
The first guide was a lovely woman who performed a Turkish Coffee reading on our not-quite-realized Frisky Faun friend. She began by explaining the ritual and asking her not to share her thoughts until the end if she so chose. Not a problem, thought our friend, I don’t want to give any hints about my life. At the beginning of the encounter, prior to the actual reading, the guide saw an image on the side of the cup – before the ritual – and showed our friend. It looked as though wings were present. She explained this was a pre-reading message, and that her guardian angel was with her and happy. During the ritual our friend thought hard about her question to the universe, “Am I doing the right thing with my relationship?”. The universe answered. The vase of flowers fell over on the table behind them, and the first image read in the bottom of the cup was that of a bouquet of flowers. The guide stammered, and relayed that this imagery gives her positive feelings, joy, happiness. The inversion of the image showed a very clear image of a seated man, cross legged. “Perhaps Buddha?” The guide wondered out loud. Then on the side of the cup the guide described a very distinct image. A split image, one side showing a rooster, tall, proud, confident, and the pillar of protection of his flock. The second half of the image showed a light, feminine face. This image was split straight down the center, showing the rooster on one side and a woman’s face on the other. Clear as day. Our friend was shocked. How did this guide, the coffee, and the universe so easily make out the details of a polyamorous relationship with zero hints to such? Sure, the whole Buddha thing didn’t make much sense, but everything else was spot on. This intrigued our friend…and she yearned for more.
